How do I pay — card or M-Pesa?
Both. Choose card (secure Stripe checkout, Visa/Mastercard) or M-Pesa (an STK push is sent to your Safaricom number — just enter your PIN). Your dates are held for 30 minutes while you pay.
When is my booking confirmed?
The moment your payment clears. You’ll land on a confirmation page, and a confirmation email with your dates and total follows immediately.
Is the calendar up to date?
Yes — it syncs automatically with our Airbnb and Booking.com calendars every 15 minutes, and every booking made anywhere blocks the dates everywhere.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — ask us.
Is the price per night for the whole villa?
Yes — the nightly rate is for exclusive use of the whole villa, up to 8 guests. The cleaning fee and 16% VAT are shown in your quote before you pay.
What’s included?
Bed linen, towels, pool towels, Wi-Fi, and a housekeeper. A cook can be arranged for a small daily contribution — groceries at cost.
What about power and water?
Mains power with a backup generator and solar water heating — outages are rare and short.
Can I cancel?
Contact us as early as possible. Cancelled dates reopen on the calendar immediately, including on Airbnb and Booking.com at their next sync.
Is the villa family friendly?
Very — the pool has a shallow end, the garden is fully fenced, and cots and high chairs are available on request.
